A message dated July 2, 2007, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 22 am                                                                                                       
     "An Act extending the termination date for the Board of                                                                    
     Governors of the Alaska Bar Association; and providing for an
